Through processes of development coaching and reflective
mentoring, we foster the growth of leadership skills in terms of personal
competencies and improved strategic decision making. In this way we aim
to help our clients and their firms to build a sustainable competitive
advantage. We often use EQ mapping as a means of enabling clients to define realistic development outcomes. EQ is a measure of emotional intelligence, which an increasing number of studies show to be highly significant in achieving outstanding leadership performance.
