Linda Aitken BA rose to a senior HR position with Marks & Spencer
plc where she pioneered pre-retirement coaching for senior managers. Subsequently
she has specialised in coaching senior managers and professionals as they
make the transition from a lifestyle dominated by their work to one in
which they have greater freedom to choose how to fulfil their potential
and pursue lifetime interests.
Linda is a skilled facilitator and communicator with a unique blend of
commercial and personal expertise. Her experience has been gained through
working with major organisations in both the public and private sectors,
coaching individuals and groups in personal and career-related issues,
working in particular with people approaching the second halves of their
lives. Having worked throughout the UK and in the Far East she has gained
over a fifteen year period wide experience in her chosen area and feels
passionately about the benefits that clients gain from actively preparing
themselves to take advantage of the opportunities arising in the second
half of life.
