of good, ethical working practice.
Ithaca Development Coaching agrees to:
Do
every piece of work, however big or small, to the best of our abilities.
Encourage clients
to construct well-formed outcomes from the outset.
Give a written, binding
quote for any piece of work, upon request.
Decline work that
is beyond the scope of our knowledge or experience.
Avoid unnecessarily
extending assignments.
Maintain client confidentiality
within a mutually agreed framework.
Acknowledge our shortcomings
and put them right.
Continually invest
in our own learning and development.
In return, a client agrees to:
Provide necessary
information and feedback when requested.
Tell us when dissatisfied
and give us a chance to remedy things.
Pay Ithaca's bills
promptly.
Advise us as far
as possible in advance if unable to attend a scheduled coaching session.
How we charge for what we do:
Our fees are based on a notional hourly rate (currently, £250).
While we prefer to agree an overall project fee for a programme right
from the outset, some of our clients choose to pay according to the 'clock'.
